The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on wow777:
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on wow777. Registering multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the payment method, device, or personal information used. If multiple Accounts are detected, wow777 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and forfeit any balances remaining across those Accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national identification number (KTP number), residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, Account access, or any security codes with any third party. wow777 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your Account.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. wow777 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance requirements.
wow777 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold or upon reasonable request by our compliance team. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.
wow777 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Acceptable documentation includes recent bank statements from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other recognised Indonesian banks.
Withdrawals may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. wow777 is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that arise directly from a Player's failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner.

Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within five minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB on weekdays). E-wallet deposits are processed instantly. Deposits made outside banking hours may be subject to delays until the next business day. wow777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banks or payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method from which the deposit originated. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds depends on the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to prevent money laundering. Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. wow777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
wow777 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. Players are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.

Only one active bonus per Account at any given time. Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting support. wow777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by wow777. We reserve the right to refuse or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly where we suspect error, fraud, collusion, or technical malfunction. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet slip history, it constitutes a binding agreement between you and wow777.
wow777 uses industry-standard odds feeds and official result data sources. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, wow777's decision is final. Settlement of bets is based on official competition results as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or does not take place for any reason, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. In the case of mix parlay (accumulator) bets, any voided leg is treated as odds of 1.00.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing agencies. The outcome of any casino game is final and cannot be disputed once the game round is complete and the result has been recorded on the Platform.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. wow777 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site and does not endorse or assume liability for any third-party content.
In no event shall wow777's total liability to any Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account within the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against wow777.
